摘要
针对锅炉蒸汽系统必须满足外界蒸汽的需求发生周期性变化的情况 ,提出了每个周期的操作费用和周期之间锅炉启动和停运的转运费用的优化调度问题 .针对此混合整数非线性规划问题 ,提出了用列队竞争算法和动态规划法分步求解的计算方法 ,所需的计算时间仅与周期数成正比 ,而且能得到全局最优解 .
The multi-period operational planning for the boiler steam system was formulated as a mixed-integer nonlinear program (MINLP). The objective function accounted for both the operating costs of each period and changeover costs for start-up/shut-down of boilers between periods of operation. A subsection method was proposed for solving the MINLP problem with the line-up competition algorithm (LCA) coupled with dynamic programming approach. The computation time for the method was proportional to the number of periods, and global solution of the MINLP was guaranteed. The effectiveness of the proposed method was illustrated with two examples.
