摘要
目的 从临床血液检验项目研究肝癌恶性生长的年生物周期模式 ,及其气候差异大地区的时间生物学参数是否有差异。方法 选择国境内三个气候差异大的不同经纬度地区采样 ,列出肝癌临床血液检测 6个项目 ,三地区共 18个项目分别用余弦法程序拟合成年周期余弦曲线 ,对三地区峰值时相参数及振幅与均值比 (P值 )进行分析。结果 在三地区 18个项目所拟合的年周期余弦曲线上 ,其峰值时相参数全部出现在 - 110 .10°~ - 2 0 5 .2 0°( 4~ 7月份 ) ,9个项目的振幅与均值比P <0 .0 5 ,提示具有显著生物节律特征 ,95 %可信限。结论 从肝癌临床血液检测项目反映出肝癌细胞恶性生长的最快速度时间是在 4~ 7月份 ,其在气候差异大的不同经纬度地区为同时性。
Objective To explore the model of yearly biological cycle of liver cancer from clinical laboratory blood,and whether there exists any difference of data of chronobiology at the regions of different climate.Metheds Three regions with different longtude and latitude were selected randomly and sampled.There were 18 items altogether,including 6 laboratoriy blood items,which were used to imitate the yearly cycle cosine curve.The apophasis and the ratios of amplitudes and means were compared.Results All the acorphases of 18 items appeared between -110.10°~-205.20°(from april to july)Existing the same range,in which 9 items occurred rhyhmly( P <0.05 ).95% confidence limit.Conclusion April to july may be the period of most quick malignant growth speed for liver cancer,which exists coincidence at regions of difference climate with different longtude and latitude.
