Objective:To treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with warm acupuncture and moxibustion, and to analyze its clinical efficacy.Method:Ninety-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional analgesic, dehydration, lumbar traction, etc. The study group was treated with conventional therapy combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion. The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared and analyzed. The recurrence rate of follow-up after 1 month, the pain before and after treatment, and Lumbar function before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the lumbar spine JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two group after 1 month of follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve lumbar function and reduce pain in patients, and the clinical efficacy is significantly improved, which is worthy of further study.
