摘要
西方文明的传播启动和催化了东方城市现代化,同时也给东方城市带来了巨大的负面影响,使城市成为殖民化的象征。在西方文明撞击下开始的东方城市现代化,具有与西方城市现代化不同的特点。
Spread of western civilization started a new age of eastern cities. On the one hand, it started modernization of eastern cities;on the other hand, it also brought great unfavorable impact on the development of eastern cities and made them the symbol of colonialism. The urban modernization of eastern cities that started by collusion between two kinds of civilization was different from the modernization of western cities in many aspects.
