摘要
本文介绍一种新型的单张硅钢片直流磁特性数字式自动打印装置。该装置有两个特点:一是采用单张样片的磁化与探测装置测试法取代了传统的环形样品测试法,同时还可以方便地与爱泼斯坦方圈联用;二是采用电压一频率转换(V-F)数字积分器代替了模拟积分器,零漂小、易调节、稳定性高。该装置能自动进行数字打印B~H曲线、B~μ曲线、B_r和H_c值,并可以打印某一预置B(或H)值下的H(或B)值。测量迅速,10秒钟便可测得一条起始磁化曲线。测量磁感应强度的误差为±1%(采用爱泼斯坦方圈)或±2%(采用单张样片磁化与探测装置)。
The testing set reported in this article was a kind of digitaf and automatic stamping one used for testing D. C. magnetic properties of Si-steel sheets and pure iron sheets. It was designed and set up by the group members.The essential characters of this set were:(1) The sample was a single sheet of considerable size with its magnetization and detectin(?) equipments replacing the traditional ring-shaped sample testing methods. It could be coveniently used in conjunction with Epstein Square.(2)The V-F digital integrating circuit was applied instead of analog integrator. It had small zero-shift and agreeable stability, besides convenient adjustment in operation.(3) All the B-H curve, B-μ curve, Br value and Hc value could be automatically digital-stamped together with the H/B value for a corresponding preset B/H value.(4)Short operation time. Only(1/2)min. for a hysteresis curve, 10 sec. for an initial magnetization curve. At the sametime a stamped report on paper tape was well finished by a digital stamper.(5) Accuracy:The errors of B measurements were about 1% when an Epstein Square was adapted;and about 2% when the above stated set was adapted. All B,H and μ were digital-displayed and stamped in five digits. For B: 10 Gs. per unit,for H: 0.01 Oe. per unit, and for μ:1 Gs./Oe. per unit.
