摘要 多层膜反射镜在倾斜入射时,两个偏振分量会产生不同的相移。因此,可用计算机优化设计出特定相位差的膜系。本文的目的是设计90°相位膜,它的作用就象四分之一波片。与传统的波片相比,它的优点是可以适用于任何波长,具有高的相位差精度和大的孔径。文中提出了两种设计方法并报告了制备技术及实验结果。 At nonnormal incidence for the two planes of polarization multilayer reflectors have diffrent phase shifts. Therefore the design of reflectors with specific phase shift has been carried out by computer optimization.The purpose of this paper is to design coatings with the relative differenceof phase shifts of 90°. The reflectors with the phase difference of 90° willact like a quarterwave plate. Some advantages over bulk quarterwave platesare that they may be used for any wavelength, may have higher precision ofphase shift difference and larger apertures. The two design methods, experi-mental techniques and results are presented.
