摘要
本文论述了用“连续扫描法”测试平面光栅相对衍射效率仪器的工作原理,分析了原理方案必须满足的基本要求。文中还叙述了根据所分析的要求,设计研制的平面光栅衍射效率自动测试仪的仪器组成和使用结果。对四块刻槽密度不同的光栅进行重复测试,表明效率值ε_0(λ)的均方误差小于2%,最大误差不超过3%。
In this paper the principle of an instrument used for mea-suring the relative efficiency of plane gratings with “continuous scanningmethod”is mentioned.The basic requirements have to be met by the schemeof this instrument are discussed.(1) It is necessary to adopt monochroma-tors with Littrow mounting configuration.(2) Two monochromators must bemade up into one double monochromator in a manner that dispersion-subtracted.In the pre-monochromator there should be several changeable gratings whosegroove density equal to that of gratings under test.The quasi-monochromaticbeam exits from the pre-monochromator.The grating under test and a mirror usedfor comparison are placed in the second monochromator.(3) High quality ofwavelength accuracy and wavelength reproducibility is required.Strict synchro-nism of the rotation of two gratings which are seperately set in two monochromatorsis needed,too.It is very important to keep the orientation of the mirror correctwhen it is put into light path each time.(4) Stabilized power supply forlight source is required,it had better monitor and compensate for the fluctu-ation of the source.In this paper an instrument which has been designed according to the requ-irements mentioned above by us is described.some of the results of measur-ing four gratings with it are presented,too.The precision analysis of measu-rements has shown that the rms error in the value of efficiency is less than2%.
