摘要
针对硅酸聚合胶凝而使聚硅酸金属盐混凝剂失活的特性,研究了Fe3+、Al3+、Cu2+和Mg2+金属离子对硅酸聚合胶凝曲线的影响作用.结果表明:在酸性实验pH范围内,对硅酸的阻聚作用的大小顺序为:Fe3+>Al3+>Cu2+>Mg2+.认为其影响作用是由于金属离子与硅酸的化学反应所致,但主要的还是对溶液中pH值的缓冲效应.对铁Fe3而言,由于其具有强烈的水解倾向,对羟基具有较好的捕获能力,从而减少了因硅酸聚合而释放出的OH-的催化影响作用,因而表现出良好的阻聚效应.
The effects of metal ions such as Fe3+?Al3+?Cu2+ and Mg2+ on the silicic acid polymerization and gel were studied. The experimental results show that the ability of anti-polymerization of metal ions is in the order: Fe3+>Al3+>Cu2+>Mg2+. The effects were attributed partly to the reaction between metal ions and silicic acid and mainly to the buffer effects of metal ions. The iron ion is the best due to its hydrolysis inclination and hydroxyl capturing ability.
