摘要
水煤浆气化炉内进行着激烈的化学反应 ,炉内温度、氧碳比、煤浆浓度、氧气温度等对气化过程和成品气组分产生较大的影响。本文对水煤浆气化过程进行了仿真计算 ,得到了影响因素与气化产品成分的关系 ,为实际生产和工业应用起到一定的指导作用。
There are many intensive reactions in CWS gasification furnace.Furnace temperature,oxygen/carbon ratio,CWS concentration,and oxygen temperature have great influence on the gasification process and product components.Numerical stimulation of the gasification process was made and correlations of these factors and the product components were brought to light in this paper,which would be of great important to CWS gasification application.
