摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒 (PRRSV)是80年代后期新发生的危害世界养猪业的一大疫病 ,该病造成妊娠母猪流产、死产等繁殖障碍和仔猪呼吸道疾病 ,导致死亡率升高 ,生长发育受阻 ,给世界养猪业造成了灾难性的经济损失。虽然国内外学者对 PRRS进行了大量的研究 ,但由于该病致病机理和免疫机理的复杂性 ,至今仍无确实有效的防制措施。由于 PRRSV具有易变异的特性 ,因而对其基因组进行遗传变异分析 ,对于阐明其致病机理及制定相应的防疫战略具有重要的意义。就猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒 (PRRSV)基因组包括 5′UTR、ORF1、结构蛋白基因、3′UTR的遗传变异进行了分析 ,有望对剖析 PRRS的发病机理和免疫机理有所启示 。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrom(PRRS),characterized by severe reproductive failure in sows and respiratory disease in young pigs,was first recognized in the late 1980s .Since its appearance,PRRS has devastated the wordwide swine industry with tremendous economic losses,causing abortion ,stillbirth and high mortality in pregnant swines.Due to its complexities of pathogeny and immune mechanism,PRRS was widely studied,but the effective prevention strategies were not known.So it is necessary to study its genomic genetics and mutation.In this article,the genetic and mutation of PRRSV genome, including 5′UTR,ORF1,constitutive protein gene,3′UTR were analyzed to provide some new ideas for controling effectively this disease.
