摘要
目的 :探讨高温高湿环境下局部氧疗对大鼠腹部创面愈合的影响 ,为临床伤口护理提供理论依据。方法 :将2 4只创伤大鼠随机分为常温对照组、常温氧疗组、高温对照组、高温氧疗组 ,每组 6只。在相应干预后的不同时间对各组动物的创面大体情况、创面愈合时间、已愈创面百分率、病理形态学进行观察和检测。结果 :高温组创面的病理学变化较相应的常温组显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,氧疗组较相应的对照组变化显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :高温高湿环境下创面肌肉组织病理损伤严重 ,局部氧疗对大鼠创面修复具有一定的促进作用。
Objective: to probe into on the influence of local oxygen therapy under high-temperature and high humidity condition on the healing of abdominal wound surface of rats, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical wound surface nursing care. Method: a total of 24 rats were divided into 4 groups equally (6 rats each) and randomly as ordinary temperature control, ordinary temperature oxygen therapy, high-temperature control, and high-temperature oxygen therapy. Indexes including general conditions of the wound surface, wound surface healing time, percentage of healed wound surface, and pathological changes of wound surface of all rats in different time points after intervention were observed. Result: pathological changes of wound surface of rats in high-temperature groups were more severe than that of rats in ordinary temperature groups (P<0.05). The wound surface pathological changes of rats in oxygen therapy groups improved more remarkably than that of rats in control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: pathological injuries of muscular tissues of wound surface are more severe under the circumstances of high-temperature and high humidity. Local area oxygen therapy could accelerate the restoration of wound surface of rats to certain extent.
