摘要
目的 :探讨将种植机应用于牙槽外科手术中去骨操作 ,以避免传统凿骨法给患者造成的潜在损害。方法 :选取需行牙槽外科手术患者按性别、年龄、病种、手术部位、手术难易程度进行配对后分为2组 ,试验组采用种植机去骨 ,对照组采用传统的凿骨法。记录手术时间、患者术后评价及术后反应情况。结果 :符合配对标准并纳入试验者26人17对例次 ,有8人为自身左右配对。病种包括骨内埋伏阻生智齿、下颌骨致密性骨炎和颌骨囊肿。手术历时试验组为90.88±47.97min,对照组为109.65±54.84min,二者有显著性差异 (P=0.0393)。多数患者对采用种植机去骨的方法较满意 (P<0.05) ,对术中感觉差的原因主要集中在术中敲锤时震动大和心理恐惧感。而术后疼痛、张口度情况2组无显著性差异。结论 :使用种植机去骨在提高手术效率、减轻患者身体和心理创伤等方面优于传统的凿骨法。
Objective:To explore the procedure of bone removal using implant unit in alveolus surgery in comparison with using chisels to avoid the potential hurt on patients brought by the latter procedure.Methods:The patients needed toreceive alveolus surgerywere paired accordingtosex,ages,types ofsurgery,sites ofsurgeryand difficul-ties of surgery.The implant unit was used in bone removal during the surgery in17cases,and chisels were used in the other17cases as the control.Results:The duration of the test group was90.88±47.97min,shorter than that of the control of109.65±54.84min statistically(P=0.0393),while the indices of pain and limitation of mouth opening showed no difference between two groups.The patients felt better during the surgery using the im-plant unit than using the chisels(P<0.025).Conclusion:Using the implant unit in bone removal may result in a more beneficial effect on improving the efficiency of surgery and relieving the potential physical and mental injuries on the patients than using the chisels may.
