摘要
目的 研究肉豆蔻挥发油 β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。 方法 正交试验法 ,考察挥发油利用率指标。结果 优选出包合工艺为 :肉豆蔻挥发油∶β -环糊精 =1∶8,包合温度 5 0℃ ,包合时间 2h ,挥发油利用率为79.7%。
Objective To optimize the processing conditions for the inclusion of Semen Myristicae oil in β- cyclodextrin (β-CD). Methods The study was carried out on orthogonal design. The processing conditions were determining in terms of the utilization rate of Semen Myristicae oil. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows: oil: β-CD, 1∶8; inclusion temperature and time, 50 ℃ for 2 h. The utilization rate of oil was 79.7%. Conclusion The method is feasible for the production of β-CD inclusion compound on a large scale.
