摘要
给出了利用控制器局域网(ControllerAreaNetwork,CAN)实现机械式自动变速器(AMT)控制单元(TransmissionControlUnit,TCU)与电喷发动机控制单元(EngineControlUnit,ECU)之间通信的方法。详细介绍了系统设计思想及两者之间的通信过程,并在桑塔纳2000AMT样车上进行了实验。结果表明:采用该方法能更好地协调发动机与离合器的控制,有效减少换档过程中发动机的波动和噪音,缩短了整个换档时间,提高了离合器结合的平顺性,降低了AMT系统的成本。
A communication system between transmission control unit(TCU) of automated mechanical transmission(AMT) and engine control unit(ECU) was developed by means of controller area network(CAN).The CAN design concepts and the communication process between TCU and ECU were described.The experiment was implemented on a Santana 2000 car.The test results show that the developed system coordinates the control between engine and the clutch.The noise of engine during gear shift process is reduced effectively.The shift time is shortened.The working smoothness of the clutch is improved and the cost of AMT is reduced.
