氢爆碎后球磨制粉对烧结NdFeB磁体性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Milling Process After Hydrogen Decrepitation on the Magnetic Properties of Sintered NdFeB Magnets

摘要 研究了NdFeB合金铸锭经氢爆碎后,球磨时间对磁粉尺寸、烧结磁体的显微组织和磁性能的影响。讨论了制粉对磁性能影响的机理。结果表明,合适的制粉工艺可以获得较优性能的烧结磁体。 The effects of milling after hydrogen decrepitation on the particle size of the fine NdFeB powder, the microstructure and magnetic performance of sintered magnets, were studied in this article, and their mechanisms were discussed. The results showed that magnets with optimal performances can be obtained using suitable milling process.
