摘要
AT尖轨由于全长断面在 0~ 70mm范围内变化 ,在欠速淬火中 ,小断面的硬度往往偏低。由于喷雾冷却的不均匀性 ,尖端处容易出现马氏体 ,对尖轨的使用寿命和安全性都不利。采用“变速”加热和吹风冷却并根据不同部位的冷却需要进行吹风孔设计 ,不但解决了小断面硬度低和不稳定的问题 ,而且使AT尖轨全长硬度均匀一致。
Because the section size of the switch t ongue varies from 0 to 70mm in the lengt hways,the hardness on the smaller sectio n is lower than that of the bigger secti on and the harmful martensite microstruc ture will be apt to appear in the smalle r section by the non-uniformity of the f og quenching.It'll not only lower the se rvice life of the switch tongue but also affect the security of the running trai n.In this paper,a proper variable speed heating and forced air quenching with a suitable design of the injection hole w er e adopted.So the problem of insufficient hardness on the smaller section and the quality fluctuation were solved and a u niform hardness in all the switcher's se ction was obtained.
