摘要
目的:探讨红花注射液对特发性水肿患者抗氧化作用的影响及治疗机制。方法:特发性水肿患者52例(水肿组),应用红花注射液进行治疗;健康女性60例作为对照组。分别应用改良TBA微量法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定特发性水肿患者治疗前后及对照组血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性的变化。结果:特发性水肿患者治疗前均有抗氧化能力障碍,表现为血清丙二醛水平(9.45±2.15)nmol/L高于对照组(4.57±1.54)nmol/L,t=2.557,P<0.01,SOD活性(72.59±14.22)NU/L显著低于对照组(109.36±17.58)NU/L,t=2.296,P<0.05。经红花注射液治疗后水肿症状有不同程度的缓解或消失,抗氧化能力障碍明显改善,血清丙二醛水平显著降低为(5.01±1.49)nmol/L,(t=2.377,P<0.01),SOD活性显著升高为(98.40±16.32)nmol/L,(t=1.670,P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液可改善特发性水肿患者抗氧化能力障碍。
AIM: To explore the effect and therapeutic mechanism of honghua injection on the antioxidation ability in patients with indiopathic edema. METHODS: Fifty- two patients with idiopathic edema(therapy group),were treat ed by honghua injection,other 60 healthy females were taken as control group.The malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) content in serum were determ ined in the therapeutic group before and after treatment and control group by mo dificatory TBA microdetermination and xanthine oxidase method. RESULTS: There was obvious antioxidation ability disturbance in patients with indiopathic edema,it showed that MDA content in serum of the therapy group pre - treatment[(9.45± 2.15) nmol/L]was significantly higher than that of the co ntrol group[( 4.57± 1.54) nmol/L, t=2.557, P< 0.01], and the SOD content[( 72.59± 14.22) NU/L]was significantly lower than that of the control group[( 109.36± 17.58 ) NU/L, t=2.296, P< 0.05]. After treatment, the symptoms of edema were relieved or disappeared with different degree,and improvement of ant ioxidation ability disturbance with indiopathic edema was evident,the MDA conten t of the therapy group after treatment (5.01± 1.49) nmol/L ,(t=2.377,P< 0.01)wa s decreased obviously compared with pre- treatment and the SOD content was sign ificantly increased (98.40± 16.32) nmol/L,(t=1.670,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Honghua injection might improve the antioxidation ability disturba nce in patients with idiopathic edema.
