摘要
应用正交试验设计制定实验方案,对树莓的生根组织培养进行了研究。结果表明:在改良MS培养基上,IBA1mg/l+NAA0.2mg/l诱导无根苗生根效果明显。
By applying the orthogonal design, the authors studied the rooting experiment of Rubus corchorifolius. The result showed that IBA1mg/l+NAA0.2mg/l was the best for differentiation of adventitious roots on the improvable MS medium.
