摘要
在内径3 0 0mm的填料塔中 ,以空气 -水 -氨为物系 ,研究了塑料孔板波纹填料的结构参数对其传质性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,气相总传质单元高度HOG随着倾角 β的增加、盘高H的减小而降低 ;开孔率对气相总传质单元高度HOG的影响有一个适宜值。通过对实验数据的回归分析 ,得出了气相总传质单元高度HOG的关联式。
Influences of structural parameters of plastics corrugated plate packing on its performance of mass transfer were invetigated in Φ 300 mm ID packing tower with air H 2O NH 3 system.The results showed that the height of mass transfer unit H OG decreased with increasing inclination angle β and decreasing unit height of the packing H ,and influences of opening ratio on the height of mass transfer unit H OG had a suitable value.Through regressing experimental data,the correlative expression of the height of mass transfer unit H OG was obtained.The results could be of value to development and design of plastics corrugated plate packing.
