摘要
以硬脂酸为分散剂,采用溶胶凝胶-微波加热技术研究了制备Y2O3 稳定ZrO2(YSZ)纳米粉体的条件与方法。分别用红外光谱(IR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面积(BET)测定及电测量技术对该纳米粉体的结构与性能进行了表征。结果袁明:在700℃以上微波处理得到立方相YSZ纳米粉体,其粒子分散性好,形貌为椭球体,平均粒径约为37nm,在480~980℃温度范围内呈现出良好的电导率,并且有较高的稳定性。
The condition and procedure of preparing Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 nanometer powder in stearic acid sol by microwave heating have been studied. The structure and properties of the power have been characterized by IR,XRD,TEM,BET and electric-measurement. The result showed that the cubic nanometer powder emerged on 700℃, the shape of particulate was elliptical, the average diameter of particulate was about 37nm. It's electric conductivity and stability were very excellent in 480-980℃.
