摘要
目的分析总结优质护理对于重症胰腺炎患者的临床治疗产生的影响。方法将本院在2015年1月-2016年10月收治的30例重症胰腺炎患者分为观察组与对照组各15例,对照组患者采取传统的护理模式,观察组患者在此基础上实施优质护理干预,对两组患者实施相应护理后的结果进行比较。结果通过对比发现,观察组患者实施优质护理后的效果较好,患者满意度较高,治疗过程中并发症发病情况较少。结论对重症胰腺炎患者采取优质护理,能够提高治疗效果,避免并发症的发生,使患者对护理质量的满意度上升,在实际应用中有深刻意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing care on the clinical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods In our hospital 30 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in January 2015-October 2016 were divided into observation group and control group with 15 cases in each group, the control group were treated with traditional nursing mode, the observation group of patients on the basis of the implementation of high quality nursing intervention, compare two groups of patients after the implementation of the corresponding nursing results. Results By comparison, the results showed that the patients in the observation group were better after the implementation of high quality care, the patient satisfaction was higher, and the incidence of complications during the treatment was less. Conclusion The quality of care for patients with severe pancreatitis, can improve the treatment effect, to avoid the occurrence of complications, so that patients with the satisfaction of the quality of care increased in the practical application of profound significance.
