摘要
本文介绍了微型化电子枪的电气和结构设计,利用成都电子科技大学开发的"宽带大功率行波管CAD集成环境"、"微波管模拟器套装"和基于有限元方法的三维电磁仿真软件对电子枪进行模拟仿真及优化。研制出的微型化电子枪的电子注流通率大于99.5%,各项指标满足整管需要,电子枪结构安全可靠,可满足机载条件。
This paper mainly introduces the electrical and structural design of miniaturized gun.The simulation and optimization of electron gun was conducted by TWTCAD,MTSS and 3Delectromagnetic simulation software based on finite element method.More than 99.5%electron transmission rate has been achieved which could meet the whole tube requirement.The gun structure is reliable enough to meet the airborne requriment.
