糖尿病微血管病变与骨质疏松的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病(DM)微血管并发症和骨血流量减少可能导致骨丢失和骨脆性增加,且微血管并发症的出现是DM患者骨量减少的临界因素〔1〕,也有报告〔2〕认为下肢血流量减少,可能与髋部及跟骨骨丢失有关,本文就DM肾病(DN)、视网膜病变及神经病变与骨质疏松(OP)的相关性研究进行综述。1 DN是促进DM OP发生的最重要因素DN是指DM性肾小球硬化症,
