摘要
基于盐酸普鲁卡因对鲁米诺在中性介质中铂电极上电化学发光的催化增敏作用 ,建立了测定盐酸普鲁卡因电化学发光新方法。电化学发光强度与盐酸普鲁卡因质量浓度在 4 .0× 1 0 -7~6 .0× 1 0 -6g mL范围内有良好的线性关系 ,检测限为 2 .0× 1 0 -7g mL,相对标准偏差为 4 .4 %。
A novel electrogenerated chemiluminescence method for the determination of procaine hydrochloride was developed which was based on the enhancement of procaine on the electrogenerated chemiluminescence of luminol and hydrogen peroxide in neutral aqueous solution at a platinum electrode. The linear range of procaine hydrochloride was from 4.0×10^(-7) to 6.0×10^(-6) g/mL with the detection limit of 2.0×10^(-7) g/mL. The relative standard derivation was 4.4%. This method was applied to the determination of procaine hydrochloride in injections with satisfactory results.
