摘要
[目的]观察脑通(冻干)与其他输液配伍的稳定性。[方法]选用两种输液液体5%葡萄糖和0 9%氯化钠注射液(按产品说明书中使用方法 )与脑通 (冻干)配伍。在室温观察混合液的外观、测定pH值、有效成分B及有效部位含量和指纹图谱。[结果]脑通(冻干)在两种输液 (250mL)中12h内稳定。[结论]试验结果可作为临床用药指导脑通(冻干)
To investigate the stability of Naotong(Lyophilized Powder) mixed with other two kinds of infusions(5%Glucose Injection and 0.9%NaCl Injection). The appearance of solution was observed and the pH,the content of efficient component B and number of insoluble granules were determined in room temperature.Naotong(Lyophilized Powder) was stabile for 12 hours after admixing with two kinds of infusions(250 mL).[Conclusion] Naotong(Lyophilized Powder) is compatible with 5%Glucose injection and 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection.
