南阳市环境污染对植物抗氧化系统酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Environmental Pollution on Plants' Antioxidant Enzymes Activity: Taking Nanyang as an Example

摘要 选择南阳市5个不同地点的5种代表性绿化植物为研究对象,对植物抗氧化酶系统中的CAT、POD、SOD酶活性进行测定。数据用SPSS17.0进行分析,结果表明:同一地点不同树种的3种酶活性不同,具有显著的差异,不同地点同一树种的3种酶的活性也具有显著的差异;5种绿化树种的抗污染能力为香樟>冬青卫矛>小叶女贞>毛竹>珊瑚树;5个地点的污染程度为:伏牛山水泥厂>宛西制药厂>十二里河>白河>南阳师院。研究结果可以为南阳市的污染治理以及绿化树种的选择提供理论和实践依据。 Antioxidant enzymes activity of CAT,POD and SOD on the five typical green plants was studied in five different locations in Nanyang City,and the statistics was analyzed by using SPSS17. 0. The results show that three enzyme activities of the different species in the same place have significant differences and the activities of three enzymes of the same species in different locations have a significant difference. Five tree species in order of anti-pollution capacity are: bamboo,lobular privet,camphor,coral tree,and euonymus japonicas. The extents to which pollution status in the five sites are as follows in order: the-funiu-hill cement plant,Wanxi Pharmaceutical,Shierli River,Bai River and Nanyang Normal University. The results can provide theoretical and practical basis for the pollution control and the choice of vegetation.
