摘要
采用复合络合剂 ,以氨基乙酸作为酸性化学镀镍体系加速剂 ,研究了体系的主盐、还原剂、加速剂、pH值和温度对化学镀镍层沉积速度的影响 ,确定了中温酸性化学镀镍工艺配方。
The effects of main salt, reducer, accelerator, pH value and temperature on the deposition rate of electroless nickel coating are studied by using composite complexing agent and with glycin as accelerator in acidic electroless nickel plating system. An optimum formula for medium-temperature acidic electroless nickel plating is determined.
