摘要
芳香开窍法是中医治疗神志障碍的重要治法,常用于癫痫治疗,体现开窍法的方剂常以芳香类中药为主,具有辛味。部分热敏通道是海马中钙通透性通道,在癫痫发病中有重要影响。而许多芳香开窍的中药活性成分是热敏通道的配体,它们从多种途径影响神经系统的生理病理。芳香开窍中药对热敏通道的作用可能是芳香开窍法在癫痫治疗中发挥开窍醒神作用的重要分子机制。
Aromatic resuscitation is an important treatment of mental disorders in traditional Chinese medicine,which is often used in the treatment of epilepsy.The formula that reflects the method of reclamation is often based on aromatic herbs,which has a pungent taste.Some thermosensory channels are calcium permeability channels in hippocampus,which play an important role in epilepsy.Many aromatic and resuscitating active components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are ligands of thermosensory channels,which affect the physiology and pathology of nervous system in many ways.The effect of aromatic resuscitation herbs on thermosensory channels may be an important molecular mechanism of aromatic resuscitation in the treatment of epilepsy.
