摘要
个性化信息服务是图书馆信息服务的发展方向 ,是满足用户信息需求 ,培养个性、表现个性的服务。图书馆实施个性化信息服务的对策是研究用户信息需求行为 ,建立用户信息库 ;开发数字化馆藏资源 ,建立自己的特色数据库 ;借助推送技术 ,变静态服务为动态服务 ;建立学科馆员制度 ,提高个性化信息服务质量等。同时应加强图书馆个性化信息服务系统模式结构的研究 。
Personal information service is the trend of library service which can meet the need of the customers' desire for information, personality and individuality. The strategies in personal information service should study customer's behavior and construct data base so as to expand data-based resources and set up data base characteristic of one's own. New technology should be used to change fixed service into dynamic service so that the quality of personal information service can be improved. Moreover, the service system structure study should be strengthened.
