摘要
社会的进步和物质文明的高度发展,既为现代人注入了生命的活力,使之可以延年益寿;又为现代人带来社会性资源和生态失衡等负面影响,从而引发易被常人所忽略的心身疾患,产生与生理疾病相伴的思想、情感和态度方面的疾病。然而,现代人为"学会生存",可以运用古老的养生之道与仿古疗法,以提高现代人心理应对能力和健康水平。
The rapid social progress and material civilization have not only injected vigor into modern people's lives,thus prolonging their lives,but also brought about the by-product of unbalance of social resources and ecology,thus causing the neglected physical and mental diseases and other physiological diseases related to ideology,feeling and attitude.Therefore,modern people may make use of the imitation of ancient therapy to improve their psychological endurance and health,prolonging their lives.
