摘要
高等护理人才的培养是护理学科发展的根本保证,探讨新时期护理教育“专科升本科”课程设置改革方向,加速护理人才成长,促进护理学科发展。作者认为,护理教育专升本课程设置应摆脱生物医学模式影响,突出护理,注重整体,加强人文,体现社区并结合我国实际,增设护理经济学概论,加强统计学、科研方法学、信息技术、法律基础等课程教学,以期将学生培养成具有创新意识、独立个性、勇于探索、开拓进取和实践技能的国际化人才。
Fostering the advanced nursing talents is critical to the development of nursing science. Reforms of curriculum design for training courses for bachelor's degree in nursing education are sure to accelerate the growth of nursing talents and promote the deve-lopment of subject of nursing. The authors hold that curriculum design for training courses for bachelor's degree in nursing education should shrug off the influence of bio-medical mode, spotlight on nursing, lay stress on integrity, enhance humanism, embody community nursing and integrate into the reality. They insist on establishing the subjects like nursing economy, reinforcing teaching on statistics, scientific research methodology, information techniques, fundamental law knowledge in order to shape the course students into internationalized students with innovation sense, independent personality, braveness in exploration, enterprising and practical skills.
