摘要
研究了新型齿形链链轮量柱测量距的变化对其啮合特性的影响 ,以及量柱测量距与链轮变位系数的关系。试验研究结果表明 ,链轮量柱测量距偏大 ,导致链条装机时啮合噪声偏大 ,链条初期磨损伸长加快 ,由于链板与轮齿的干涉 ,链板啮合面产生较轻的挤压变形 ;链轮量柱测量距偏小 ,导致链板齿尖部与轮齿干涉 ,齿尖部及其啮合面产生严重的挤压变形 ,链条磨损伸长加快 。
The influence of variation of measured distance over pins in new typed odontoid chain sprocket upon its meshing characteristics and relations of modification coefficients of sprocket have been studied. The result of testing research indicates that bigger measured distance over pins of sprocket leads to a big meshing noise when the chain was newly assembled with the sprocket, and the chain will quicken its initial wear and stretch. Due to the interference between chain plate and tooth of sprocket, a comparatively light compression deformation will come forward on the meshing surface of sprocket. The smaller measured distance over pins of sprocket leads to interference between tooth tip of chain plate and tooth of sprocket, there will be a severe compression deformation happened at tooth tip and meshing surface, the wear and stretch of chain will be quickened and notably reduced its service life.
