摘要
改性气流粉碎是利用气流粉碎过程中产生的颗粒新鲜表面 ,因化学键被截断形成的大量高活性点 ,通过气流粉碎特有的高湍流作用和力 -化学效应 ,及时与改性剂产生化学键合或物理吸附作用 ,实现气流粉碎 -改性的复合效果。作者采用异丙基酞酸酯(NDZ -201)对滑石进行改性气流粉碎 ,通过浊度、水渗透性、接触角的测试及红外光谱分析 。
Newparticle surface is produced during grinding and majority hi gh active points are emerging because the chemical bonds are cutting off.The complex effect of grinding-modification in jet mill is achieved utilizing the new particle surface.With the special effect of strong turbulence and mechanochemistry effect of grinding in jet mill,the newparticle surface can coat with the agents producing chemical bonds coating or physical adsorption timely.The research utilizes the agents(NDZ-201)for the grinding and modification of talc powder in jet mill.Furthermore,it presents that the effect of grinding and modification of talc powder is obvious through the analyses of turbidimetry,water infiltration,contact angle,and infrared spectrum.
