摘要
应用新肤螨灵霜和5％硫磺霜双盲对照试验治疗酒渣鼻64例(男23,女41,年龄40±12a),43例应用新肤螨灵霜,21例应用5％硫磺霜,1月2次,疗程14-20d。新肤螨灵霜的临床治愈率14％,显效49％,有效28％,总有效率91％,明显优于5％硫磺箱(P<0.01)。副作用较轻。因此,新肤螨灵霜值得在临床上试用。
Double blind test among 64 patients with rosacea, 43 of them received cream demodicidin and 21 patients received 5% cream sulfuris bid for 14-20 days. The cure rates were 14% and zero, the marked response rates were 49% and 9% and the response rates were 28% and 67 % respectively (P<0.01). Their adverse reactions were all mild. It is suggested that the cream demodicidin is more effective than that of 5% cream sulfuris for the treatment of rosacea.
