摘要
根据非稳态传热的一般原理设计了测定松散煤体导热系数的实验装置并给出了计算方法,对导热系数的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,随着粉煤粒径、填充密度及煤中含水量的增大,导热系数表现出升高的趋势,并利用3阶多项式曲线拟合了导热系数和平均粒径之间的关系。
Equipment is designed and calculating method is given for measuring thermal conductivity of granular coal bulk on the basis of heat transmitting theory. By temperature field balance, a new sample equation is derived just to describe the relationship between the temperature variation and time intervals. From the fitted line the thermal conductivity of Yima coal mine is calculated which is a little higher than that of Yanzhou coal.mine. Some factors which may have effect on the thermal conductivity are also studied; the result reveals that the value of the thermal conductivity will become larger when the grain size, water content and bulk density are increased. The relationship between thermal conductivity and grain size is described in a curve fitting way, which satisfies the experimental result.
