摘要
等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的崛起,不但大幅度地降低了多元素同时测定的检测限(达到了10^(-12)数量级),而且也是元素分析新阶段(质谱时代)出现的标志。文章拟就ICP-MS中常用的仪器、分析实践中应注意的问题、现阶段的应用范围、ICP-MS的研究现状及元素分析质谱法的发展趋势作一概略的回顾和讨论。
The emergence of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) gives beginning to a new era of multi-element simultaneous analysis by lowering the detection limits to pg/g levels. Instrumentations, analytical considerations, applications and limitations are discussed. Current status of ICP-MS and further development trends of elemental mass speotrometry are described.
