摘要
加快我国农村人力资源开发是推动我国农村经济增长的一项重要战略措施,对于我国全面建设小康社会具有特殊的重要意义。人力资源开发的对策是:积极推进农村劳动力转移,加快实现农业农村现代化;发展农村教育,提高农民素质;完善制度体系建设,优化人力资源配置。
Accelerating the rural manpower resource development of our country is an important strategic measure of our country to promote the rural economic growth and having the special important meaning in building a welloff society in an allround way The countermeasures of manpower resource development is promoting actively the rural transfer of labor force, realizing quickly agricultural modernization, developing rural education, improving peasant's quality, perfecting system construction and optimizting manpower capital disposition
