摘要
对不同种类与掺量、以不同组合方式掺入的矿物功能材料对混凝土氯离子渗透性的影响进行了试验研究,结果显示:矿物功能材料对混凝土氯离子渗透性普遍有改善作用,单掺硅灰、粉煤灰、矿渣超细粉均明显改善了混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性;偏高岭土宜与硅灰组合叠加使用,适宜掺量在25%以下;不同矿物功能材料的组合叠加效果更加优于它们的单掺效果。对高性能混凝土的Cl-渗透机理分析表明,矿物功能材料由于其功能效应和对Cl-的初始固化(物理吸附)作用,从而提高了混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。
The influences of different kinds and different amount of mineral functional material with different component on concrete's chloride penetration is studied. The result shows that mineral functional materials can universal improved concrete's chloride penetration, separate addition of micro-silica, ultra-fined fly ash and slag fines all have significantly improved concrete's anti-chloride penetration; meta-kaolin should multi-add with micro-silica together,and its suitable amount is below 25%; usually the effect of multi-added is better than that of single-added; The mechanism of chloride ion penetration in high performance concrete is analyzed,and the result indicates that there are two important reasons which increase concrete's chloride ion penetration. The one is the function effect of mineral functional material, and the other is as a result of mineral functional material's original capability of binding the chloride ion.
