摘要
目的:为了解山东省居民的生活行为习惯以及自我感觉状况,进行本次调查。方法:用随机抽样的方法,抽取4752人作为调查对象,调查了吸烟、饮酒、饮食、睡眠、目前的生活满意情况等。结果:山东省男性吸烟率43.73%,女性2.50%;经常饮酒者男性30.33%,女性1.99%;男性饮酒以饮用白酒为主(79.60%)。居民的睡眠时间以及睡眠质量较好,生活满意度较高。另外,居民的膳食结构仍存在一些缺陷,奶制品以及海产品摄入率较低分别为25.75%和36.64%。但是居民体质量超重者占到31.31%。结论:居民不健康的生活行为习惯仍保持较高水平,男性不良行为情况比女性严重。
AIM:To understand the life style as well as self feeling among residents in Shandong province. METHODS:Four thousand seven hundred and fifty two people were investigated by the method of random sampling.The smoking,drinking,diet, sleeping,satisfaction of present life were investigated. RESULTS:The smoking rate was 43.73% in male and 2.50% in female. The drinking rate was 30.33% in male and 79.60% of them preferred white wine,the drinking rate was 1.99% in female.Sleeping time and quality were better.The satisfactory degree was preferable.In addition,there were defections in the meal frame in the residents of Shandong province,the intake rates of milk goods(25.75% ) and marine product(36.64% ) were a little lower. There were 31.31% residents who were overweight. CONCLUSION:The prevalence of unhealthy life style is still high in Shandong province residents.The prevalence in male is severer than that in female.
