摘要 目的了解塑料食品袋在接触脂溶性溶剂时溶出邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(di—n-butylphthalate,DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯[di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalata,DEHP]的状况。方法 采用毛细管柱气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromato-graphy-mass spectrometry,GC/MS)选择离子检测(selected ion recording,SIR)技术,结合溶剂浸泡提取的办法。结果 购自上海市场的10种塑料食品袋在60℃正己烷中均不同程度地溶出了酞酸酯增塑剂,DBP和DEHP的溶出量范围分别为1.52-134.45μg/g和1.36-356.29μg/g。结论提示人们不要用塑料食品袋盛装直接入口的含油脂高的食品。 Objective To study the presence of phthalate esters di-n-butylphthalate(DBP), di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP)in plastic tucker-bag after it touched fat-soluble solvent contained in foods. Methods 10 kinds of plastic tucker-bags bought in Shanghai market were used as samples. They were socked in normal hexane at 60℃ to imitate hot high fat-content food, placed in plastic tucker-bags in daily life. Capillary column gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/ MS) and selected ion recording (SIR) were used to detect the esters after proper preparation of the sampls. Results The scope of lytic phthalate esters DBP and DEHP were 1.52-134.45 μg/g and 1.36 ~ 356.29 μg/g respectively. Conclusion Putting the high fat-content food in plastic tucker-bag in our daily life may be harmful to health due to the presence of phthalate esters.
