摘要
21世纪新经济形态将会有很大的发展 ,新经济形态的标志是产生了新的生产方式即网络技术支撑下的智能化大规模定制生产方式。新的生产方式产生了新的经济运行规则 ,导致目前的企业必须进行转型成为适应新经济规则的新企业。新企业有许多不同于旧企业的特点 ,其中最根本的是新企业资源配置过程中知识是关键的要素 ,智力资本最为重要。因此新企业需要全新的管理理念、管理思想、管理模式、管理方式即新管理。新管理的核心价值观为 :以人为本 ,合作创新 ,自我超越 ,永远领先。
The form of 21 st century new economy will have a great development. The symbol of new economical form is the birth of a new way of production,i.e.,the intelligent and big-scale established production supported by internet technology. The new way of production produced new rules of economical operation,resulting in the necessity of present enterprises in transforming into new enterprises suitable to new economical rules. The new enterprises have many features differing from the old,among which the most fundamental is that the new enterprises,in allocating resources,take knowledge as the crucial factor. The intellectual capital is the most important. Therefore,the new enterprises need a new management,which means the totally new ideas,new thoughts, new modes and new ways in management. The kernel value of new management goes to take human being as the central factor,cooperate and innovate,transcend self,and forever being the first.
