摘要
运用DSC、SEM、纺丝成形等手段研究了增容剂聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐 (PP g MAH)对聚丙烯 聚酰胺 6(PP PA6 )共混物结构和性能的影响 .结果表明 ,共混物呈典型海岛型两相结构 ;增容剂PP g MAH与PA6之间的在位反应改善了PP PA6共混体系的相容性 ,使共混物中PA6的热结晶峰消失 ,PP的结晶生长速率和成核速率降低 。
The effects of polypropylene g maleic anhydride(PP g MAH) on the str ucture and performance of PP/polyamide(PA6) b lends were studied by using DSC,SEM,and melt spinning,etc.The results indic ated that PP/PA6 blends have typical incompatible sea island bi phase structure; t he compatibility of PP/PA6 blends was improved with the addition of the grafted co poly mer PP g MAH.PP and PA6 crystallized separately in the bulk blends,instead of forming co crystallization or new crystalline forms.Both the crystal growth rat e and nucleation rate of the blends were decreased,due to the in situ reaction compatibilization of PP g MAH with PA6.The spinnability of the PP/PA6 blen ds wa s obviously improved due to the addition of compatibilizer.
