摘要
目的为糖尿病患者生存质量的测评提供有效工具。方法引进英文版的糖尿病特异性生存质量量表 (DQOL) ,并进行文化调适与修订。结果与结论通过文化调适与修订后的新量表A DQOL ,从整体上看具有较好的信度和效度 ,但个别维度的内部一致性偏低 ,推广应用时尚需进一步修订。
ObjectiveTo provide the measurement and evaluation of QOL of subjects with diabetes mellitus with a valid tool. MethodsEnglish diabetes-specific quality of life scale (DQOL) was introduced into China, and was culture-adapted and revised. Results and ConclusionIn general, adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale (A-DQOL) after cultural adaptation and revision possesses better reliability and validity, but the internal consistency of individual domain is poorer, so further revision is still necessary when A-DQOL will be popularized.
