摘要
目的 探讨膀胱平滑肌细胞间通讯的功能变化。方法 利用荧光光漂白恢复 (FRAP)技术检测膀胱平滑肌细胞GJIC功能。结果 在相同的时间内 ,对实验组和对照组膀胱平滑肌细胞漂白后平均荧光恢复率相比较 ,实验组显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To explore the functional changes of gap junctional intercellular communication(GJIC) in bladder smooth muscle. Methods The functions of GJIC in bladder smooth muscle were detected by fluorescence recovery after photobleaching(FRAP). The mean fluorescence recovery rates of the bladder smooth muscle cells in the experimental group and the control group were compared. Results The mean fluorescence recovery rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0 05). Conclusion FRAP might be used to study the functions of gap junctional intercellular communication.
