摘要
本文研究了若干种无机盐对W/O型原油乳状液稳定性的影响。结果表明:溶于内相(水相)的无机离子能显著降低原油乳状液的稳定性,盐浓度越高,稳定性降低程度越大;各种盐对原油乳状液稳定性影响的感温性不尽相同。
The stability of a W/O (1:1) emulsion prepared from Jianghan's crude oil with the help of surfactant span-80 is investigated by measuring water quantity separated in different standing time after introducing inorganic salts in different amounts. It is shown that all the salts tested cause a decrease in emulsion stability, though in different extents, and the more a salt introduced the lower the stability of the emulsion becomes. The amptitude of stability drop at test temperature 45℃ is in order Na^+>K^+>Mg^(2+)>Ca^(2+)>Al^(3+) for equal Cl^- concentrations and Cl^->Br^->CNS^->SO_4=for equal Na^+ concentrations. The later order is changed to SO_4^->Cl^->Br^->CNS^- at 65℃. That is, the temperature sensitivity of all these salts in reducing emulsion stability is not similar one to another.
