摘要
以体外培养的布尔山羊和黄牛耳组织成纤维细胞为研究对象 ,进行了哺乳动物体细胞的冻存与冷藏试验。结果表明 ,牛、羊的耳成纤维细胞在液氮中冻存 4 8h或冷藏 19d(4℃ )后再接种培养 ,仍能正常贴壁与生长。本试验筛选出一种简单易行的细胞冻存方案。
The experiment of cryopreservation and cold storage of fibroblast cells cultured in vitro of Boer goat and yellow cattle′s ear skin was conducted.The results showed that ear fibroblast cells of Boer goat and yellow cattle can attach to flask′s wall and live,with proliferation well after being frozen 48 h at -196℃ or stored 19 d at 4℃.A simple,efficient method for cryopreservation and cold storage of fibroblast cells cultured in vitro was established.
