摘要
发展城市的公共交通,有必要从规划和政策等方面深入研究,为其发展创造良好的环境。针对这种需求,对公共交通发展定位、城市公共交通政策支持的实现以及城市群公共交通发展等方面进行了探讨。基于一些实例,分析和研究了不同需求下的公共交通发展定位;通过分类集成,提出了实现政策支持的条件下公共交通发展的方法;针对城市群众交通的特点,对公共交通的发展提出了规划和管理的建议。
In order to build a good environment of public traffic development,it is necessary to research public traffic plan and policies.Some questions about the goal were discussed.Based on some examples,the location of public traffic development was analyzed.By using classific and compositive methods,it provided the ways to realize urban public traffic policies sustainment.Aim at the characteristics of urban group traffic,it brought forward some advice on how to develop urban group public traffic.
