摘要本文比较系统地考察了全球化对民族国家及其主权的挑战 ,对当代西方比较有影响的几种新国家主权理论 ,特别是全球治理理论 ,做了较为详细的评析 ,最后着重就全球化对国家主权的挑战和民族国家的地位做出了若干结论 ,并就我国应对全球化挑战的国家战略提出了相关建议。
