摘要
介绍了模块化技术发展的背景及基本概念 ,研究了制造业供应链整合中的流程模块化理论与方法 ,探讨如何基于流程序列分析建立模块化的制造业供应链结构以实现可重构性。给出了基于流程模块化技术的供应链集成建模框架以及其构建、运作方式与组织结构模型。最后给出了某汽车制造企业利用流程模块化技术构建可重构供应链系统的实例。
This paper introduced the modularity technology's background of development and basic conceptions firstly, and present the theory and method of procedure modularity in supply chain's integration. How to construct modular manufacturing supply chain's structure was discussed based on procedure series analysis to realize reconfigurablity. Supply chain integrated model frame was presented based on procedure modularity technology, including its construction, operation and organization structure models. As a case study, reconfigurable supply chain system of an automobile manufacturing enterprise with procedure modularity technology is also described at the end.
