摘要
[目的 ]分析护理人员开展护理科研的状况 ,了解我国护理科学研究的发展方向。 [方法 ]应用文献计量法 ,选择能反映我国护理研究现状的《中华护理杂志》、《护理研究》、《实用护理杂志》、《护士进修杂志》、《护理学杂志》 ,对其 1994年—2 0 0 2年载文量、栏目、护理科研课题数量及资助来源、统计学应用情况等进行统计分析。 [结果 ] 5种护理期刊所载护理论文数量逐年增加 ,护理科研课题资助论文成倍增加 ,且以临床研究类为主 ,基础研究、护理管理、护理教育、心理研究课题增加明显 ,课题资助单位亦呈增加趋势 ,不同时段统计学应用方法比较有统计学意义( χ2 =5 5 .0 5 3 ,P <0 .0 5 )。[结论 ]护理科研选题广泛 ,涵盖了护理领域的各个方面 ;科研课题资助项目以省、部级为主 。
Objective: to analyze the status quo of nursing staffs to launch nursing research, to explore the developmental trend of nursing science research in China. Method: periodicals including 'Chinese Journal of Nursing', 'Chinese Nursing Research', 'Journal of Practical Nursing', 'Journal of Nurses Training', and 'Journal of Nursing Science' were selected which could reflect the status quo of nursing research in China. By applying literatures estimation method, items including the numbers of papers published, subjects, quantity and financially aid of nursing scientific research projects, and application of statistics of above mentioned magazines published from 1994 to 2002 were analyzed statistically. Results: the numbers of published papers in the 5 periodicals increased year by year. Articles published in these magazines had got financial aid were doubled. Which mainly were clinical subjects. However, subjects of basic nursing research, nursing administration, nursing education, and psychological study were also increased dramatically. More and more nursing research projects are about to get financial aids from government. And the rate of applying statistics of published papers elevated obviously.(χ 2=55.053,P<0.05). Conclusion: topic selection of nursing research is broadened. Which can cover all aspects of the nursing field. Financial aids for the nursing research projects are mainly from provincial and ministry level governments. And the quality of published topic papers has enhanced gradually.
